Shipping/Receiving and Visitors

With the increasing concern and efforts to mitigate and contain the spread of the Covid-19 virus, we are extending our company-wide control measures to include shipping/receiving logistics, as well as vendor/outsider contact. We have instituted the following guidelines and procedures to continue to keep all of our employees, customers, and visitors safe during this pandemic:

SHIPPING:

·          Willbanks drivers are maintaining social distancing as well as disinfecting their trucks after each delivery. Our drivers are following the guideline and procedures listed for each facility they arrive at as well to ensure they are staying safe and distancing themselves as much as possible from others.

RECEIVING:

·          We are requiring that all drivers stay in their vehicles during the receiving process to avoid contact as much as possible. Our receiving clerks will come out the vehicle and will continue to practice social distancing and cleanliness.

VISITORS: 

All visitors will not be permitted access to our facility unless critical or essential. Please make sure that you contact us if you feel it is imperative that you visit our facility to schedule and date and time to visit. We ask that you wear a mask when entering the facility to keep both yourself and our employees safe.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this time. It is up to us to do what we can do keep everyone as safe as possible.
