60,000 pounds and 96” wide, and with a gauge range of 16 ga. to ½” thicknesses.
Willbanks has invested in the future with THREE Decoil lines to serve your needs. Our two largest lines feature
state of the art technology with Bradbury E-drive Systems and Flat Trak Technology. With this new technology
we are able to process a true ½” thickness x 96” width, and up to grade 80 coils.
Our Bradbury cut to length lines eliminate camber, waviness, chatter, coil break, long edge, center buckle, oil can,
and most importantly relieves tension in cut plate. Therefore, it keeps your steel flat after heat is applied
through plasma, oxy, or laser cutting.
With our three precision cut to length lines, Willbanks Metals has unmatched production capacity in the
Southwest. Our goal is to give you a quality product, the way you want and when you need it.
